Poures an attractive hazy golden orange color with large pillowy head. Aroma of grass, hops, banana, lemon, and some spices. Mouth is smooth and goes down easy. This really tastes great. Banana, yeast, spices, and slight biscuit maltiness. Some alcohol in the finish. Big fan of this beer.

Minimal aroma, and only lightly carbonated with very little head. Aroma is slightly citrusy with a metallic cidery note. Taste is same, and finishes dry with some fruityness and a slight tannic presence. Perhaps this was from a faulty batch, but this product did not meet my expectations, although it improved my perception of its type.

Eh però che robe la migliore Dupont assaggiata; divisa in due all’Exultate per festeggiare l’esame di Storia Romana. Fantastica; ora sono stanco la descriverò l’anno prossimo.

750mL bottle. Slightly murky yellow-gold color with a towering rocky white head. Floral spiciness, acedic sourness, and some malty sweetness in the aroma. Tart nose with some mouth-coating herbal astringency. Heavy bubblegum and clove flavors with a tinge of barnyard funkiness. Dry, slightly vegetal finish with residual clove and a complex spiciness. Mouthfeel is light, very dry.

Cork reads 2006 Pours a clouded gold with a white head. Nose is thick with mild yeasts and a slightly sweet tone. Flavor is hearty with an earthen tone that is very present. Overall a very robust and heavy flavor ride. Feel is good. A nice level of bubble and smooth on the tongue. Overall very drinkable. I might have drunk this one a bit too young, though. I’d be interested to see what some age would do to it. If I wasn’t moving in 2.5 weeks, I would have let this one sit for a while.

Pours a cloudy golden yellow color with a fluffy white head. Nice light fruity aroma. Flavors were pears, lemons, bananas, some citrus, and spices. Finishes a bit abruptly. Top notch saison!

Pours a bright and cloudy yellow in color, nice creamy frothy white lasting head. Flowery, grassy spicy and fruity aromas, fruity, yeasty spicy and slightly sour wheat flavors. Medium boby, smooth and silky mouthfeel with some bitterness, finishes, crisp and dry with alcohol in the aftertaste, great for the style.

Pours a hazed golden amber, with a long lasting and thick white head of foam. Very good lacing. Fruity aroma, slightly funky. Medium bodied an exceptionally smooth and creamy beer. There is a mild toasted or biscuit malt presence, slightly sweet and slightly funky, surrounded by a dry fruity spiciness. The last time I tried this I did not notice any alcohol presence, but I sure did today.
