I love the fact that it’s considered a saison, albeit a winter saison. Full bodied without being heavy or cloying, delicious in flavor and appearance. Straw color with a thick white foamy head. Alcohol content is well concealed. I would love to make this a daily drinker. badlizard (2353), Berkeley, California, USA

Taste is great.. clove, orange, some ginger, and spice. Alcohol was there if you looked for it, but for the most part extremely well hidden. Awesome huey orange color. Vivacious carbonation. Went extremely well with food. Would highly recomend. RomanW70 (297), Providence, Rhode Island, USA

Intense floral aroma of yeast, light fruits, and aromatic hops. Has a good deal of funk, but that only serves to complement the other flavors. has a great spicy funky, bready quality to it. Very smooth. Nice finish, An excellent farmhouse ale. durhambeer (1215), Durham, USA

Some Bernie Worrell understated funk appears amidst typical Dupont yeast feast. Spicy, dry, slightly acidic. A fun take on saison, brining Dupont and Pipaix closer together.
