While not the best Triple I’ve had, this was a very nice beer. It was beautiful in the glass, leaving an appropriate amount of yeast cloudiness. Very well pronounced alcohol kick, though overall I felt that this beer was just slightly bland for the style.

Golden, sparkling colour. Yeasty, peppery aroma with pear esters. Some Bernie Worrell understated funk appears amidst typical Dupont yeast feast. Spicy, dry, slightly acidic. A fun take on saison, brining Dupont and Pipaix closer together.

750ml: Pours a cloudy dark yellow with some floaties, aroma has oranges, pepper, spicy yeast and cobwebs. Starts and ends lightly sweet with a dry ending. Velvety mouthfeel with mellow carbonation, alcohol is well hidden.

A murky yellow lake bottom color to it. A minimal dusting of white head. Smells like seasoned pork chops on the grill. Tastes like yeasty bananas with a bitter bitter end to it.

Spicy aroma (cloves, coriander), a bit fruity (mango). Good Belgian body, dry malt, spices, lemon peel, upcoming strong bitterness. Very different, but good anyway.

Gold color, creamy head; nice perlage. Aroma of cellar, wood, cork, old hop flowers. Very good Strong Belgial Ale, malty, that has lost some sweetness due to the long aging; strong final bitterness.

Had at seattle international beer festival. Pours bright slighty hazy dark orange color with small film of white fizz. Aroma is of peaches and slight yeast. Flavor very malty sweet with dry finish. Very nice balance.

Hazy golden in color with a thick creamy head that remains and nice lacing. The Aroma is bready, bret yeast, pear and hay. Flavor is spicy aged lemon, wheat and sweet malty spices. Medium to full body, crisp and clean. Highly carbonated, long dry finish.

Had this a couple of years ago; liked it enough to give a few bottles as Xmas gifts. Don’t recall much besides that. ;)
