Pours out with a large white head, yellow color body. Immediately the smells are coming out of it, yeast, hops, malt. This beer is really good, if not incredible. Taste is sweet, yet strong, smooth yet you know this beer is not joking around. Something I could drink a large amount of, and feel terrible in the morning. Really good beer. Really really good beer.

Cloudy yellow with a small white head. Complex aroma with herbs (rosemary and sage), orange peel, mango and grassy hops. Dry bready malt flavur with spices and hops, and some pumpkin-like nuttiness. Fruity notes of peach and pineapple. Very herbal and quite bitter finish. Did I mention complex? Make sure you get a bottle to yourself to fully appreciate it!

As I pour this beer into my glass I get an aroma that is enticingly sharp, grassy and herbal all together. The beer is a lightly hazy straw gold color, it is topped by a frothy, rocky off pale white head. Ooh, the aroma is quite nice it has aromatic notes of bergamot, fresh cut hay, wild flowers, lemon zest, vanilla, and perhaps a soft woodiness. The aroma is quite smooth and almost mellow in character, though it is quite complex and intriguing.

This beer starts out smooth but then starts to pick up a sharpness in the middle, but then finishes with a lingering malty smoothness. This beer is quite tasty, it does not have the complexity of the Saison Dupont, but it is still quite tasty and much more mellow and smooth tasting. The flavors that meld together in this beer are quite nice, I get notes of lemon, pepper, ginger, a tannic woodiness, and some sharp herbal notes. This beer has a really nice flowery, almost nectar like, quality to it that is just so smooth and satisfying. It really hides its alcohol quite well. This beer is quite tasty and is really growing on me more and more as I drink it.

In the end this is just a wonderful mix of flavors, textures and aromas. This beer is quite good, and is perhaps my second favorite (after the Saison) from this incredible brewery.

Pours a cloudy golden yellow color with a fluffy white head. Nice light fruity aroma. Flavors were pears, lemons, bananas, some citrus, and spices. Finishes a bit abruptly. Top notch saison!

Bottle - 750ml. Superb cloudy golden body with average, lasting white foamy head. Fresh hoppy aroma with banana and coriander hints. Its sharp, well balanced taste carries herbal notes and hides the alcohol perfectly. Ends with a long bitter/herbal finish. Another excellent Saison from Dupont.

Pours a perfect slightly hazy orange with a thick billowy white head. Zesty citrusy lemon, white pepper, light banana and a spicy/fruitiness in the nose. The flavor is a bold and tasty mix of pale malt, orange, lemon zest, honey, flowers, grassy noble hops and black pepper. Pleasantly sweet - ending with ample hop bitterness on the back end. Alcohol content very well-hidden. Perfect medium body with that classic lively, spritzy carbonation and dry finish. Excellent.

Draft at DRE. Hazy medium gold pour with fluffy off-white head. Aroma is funky, spicy yeast, dry flowery notes, hopcitrus. The mouthfeel is velvety, very smooth, very complex, with dry floral notes coupled with spicy and funky yeast notes, plus a solid hop bill, and some citric fruity flavor qualities. This one is a very nice saison.
