25 cl. Bottle. Large thick off-white head that mostly lasted. Good display of lacework. Cloudy golden color. Aroma of dusty grain, citrus, fruit, yeast, spice maybe coriander and light honey notes as well. Over the palate came mild floral, alcohol, spice, honey and apricot like notes. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and mild dry light alcoholic texture. Moderated sweet flavor with light acidic for a Saison and maybe a tip of bitterness. Citrus fruity honey spicy finish.

Super amounts of honey. Coriander. Very sweet. Couldn’t really get though too much of this. Almost mead like.

Pours a thick white head with a cloudy orange color. The nose is nice and honey swet with some floral hops. The flavor is moderately bitter with a nice funk and it is nice and grainy. It coats your mouth nicely and it leaves a bitter honey note on your palate. Overall it is kind of musty and funky and a nice brew.

Pours an effervescent cloudy straw colour with a puffy off-white head. Musty yeast, honey and wheat immediately are evident in the aroma. Some floral hops come through as well. The flavour is distorted by the extremely sharp cabonation and ulrta-thin body. There are notes of wheat and honey with grainy and grassy flavours. It’s refreshing and appropriate for the style (which I don’t really appriciate as a style), but not very enjoyable, as it’s harsh on the palate and mild in flavour.
