very nice sour aroma, apple, citrus and a little brett like bitterness. no alc bitterness. very nice aroma.
flavor of peach, faint hoppy bitterness, dryness, yellow fruity touch inbetween. wimpie133 (189), Brugge, Belgium

Looks nice with a hazy pale yellow body containing chunky precipitates and a medium collar of bubbly white head that disappeared slowly to leave a "Brussels lace". Aromas of grainy wheat malts, yeasts, citrus and a vague hint of vanilla. Taste is light and refreshing with a well carbonated mouthfeel and subdued spices coming through at the end. Another good beer from this excellent brewery. absurdia (17), Belgium

Very light body, a touch dry. Too light for me. This beer is missing character. JanVittrup (154), København V, Denmark

Well balanced. Mouthwatering, nice aftertaste.
Thin body, fizzy fresh.
Wife says quite average, I like it.

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jul 25, 2009 250ml bottle. Super thick creamy foam white head that crackles and snaps and settles to a nice even layer. Colour of pale straw, well carbonated and lively with a coriander aroma hiding in the background. As lively in the mouth as it is in the glass, with lots of sediment in the bottom.
