An unclear yellow beer with no head. The aroma is faint with notes of sweetness, sourness, and some sharpness as if it has been wild fermented? The flavor is sharp and sour (wild fermentation?) but also dry, wheaty, and a little sweet. It ends of on a pretty sour note with no sweetness. A somewhat weird flavor.

[Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm] Hazy golden. Mustardy, spicy orangey nose. Sweet with clean, rounded mouthfeel. A full flavoured, ale-like witbier, straying away from the more light refreshing type.

(Bottle 25 cl) Fully golden, pretty clear until you pour the sediment making the beer muddy, dark orange. The head is quite small yet present. Slightly tart wheaty touch and a very high dryness. Corianders are present but never dominate. Not the most thrilling "Bierre Blanche". 230405

25 cL bottle. Pours slight cloudy orange with a fizzy white head. Cardemomme and ginger spiced aroma, light butterish too. Flavour is butterish and ginger spiced. Finish is much the same. Terrible.

Bottle. Cloudy yellow coloured with a white head. Aroma of fruits and spices with notes of caramel. Sweet flavour of fruits, spices and honey. Watery.
