| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Oct 24, 2009 750ml Bottle. Pours hazy golden orange with a foamy white head that diminishes quickly to surface cover. Spicy nose has notes of pepper, coriander, apple and honey. Flavour is a little sweeter, and rather fruity, but still has lots of spice; in addition to those in the aroma, there are also hints of pear, melon and sweet grapefruit. Smooth, slightly oily mouthfeel with a large dose of carbonation, this is a decidedly unusual beer but a good one all the same. planky84 (137), , Greater London, England

Meget karakteristisk parfumeret duft. Smagen er krydret med tydelig hvede bidrag. Parfumeret eftersmag. Anderledes og interessant øl. MBison (548), Southern Highlands, Australia
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 4, 2009 Bottle (750ml) Cellared for 8 months. Poured golden orange with a medium sized, rocky, off-white head which was average lasting. A very strong yeasty aroma with barnyard notes, ripe pears, lemon zest, cinnamon, coriander and light notes of clove + banana. Flavor was mainly of wild yeast with a mild bitterness, over ripe apples, tangy lemon, cinnamon, pepper, coriander, hints of banana and some strange herb/weed notes which I couldn’t quite put my finger on. Medium bodied with lively carbonation, a dry mouthfeel and a good length finish. Bart (1653), Brussels, Belgium

Fresh hoppy and light fruity aroma. Full sprankling palate. Finish is bitter hoppy, balanced with a slight alcoholic underlying hint. Not bad.
