Complex yeasty and sweet aroma full of spices and apples.Flavours are not any less complex, sweet fruitiness from apples and orange zest, spices, including coriander. Some sour notes as well. Dry mouthfeel. An excellent beer, reminding me of the great Blaugies, not far apart geographically nor when style-wise (may I suggest Saison Grand Cru?). GarethYoung (1110), Glasgow, Scotland
