Pretty amber (orange-brown) color with a thin, sturdy head. Sweeter than expected, with sour apples, honey. Doesn’t really seem like a biere de garde to me-no earthiness or funk. Very fruit, lots of citrus, sweet. Slight hop sting at the end. Slightly too sweet.
