Arome d’houblon sucré, un peu de pêches et une petite sensation amère. Goût bièn amère et agréable, houblon un peu sucré, légèrement floral. Un bon et surprenant IPA d’Ontario! jmcnally (21), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Besides DFH and Stone Ruination, all the others IPAs I have had to date have been very thin and unbalanced in its bitterness. This one makes a fine IPA. Very floral aromas. The taste follows a similar bouquet with plenty of hops and bread. A fantastic beer! frankenkitty (1903), Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jul 13, 2007 Served with a bright copper body, weakly headed in white. Citrusy PNWs in the aroma without a lot of "oomph". Dry rye bitters become more pronounced late. Flavor shows more bitterness with rindy citrus and a pepper bite followed by a sweet malted wash, then finishing long with more pepper. Dry with a long-lingering aftertaste. A nice IPA, but a few steps below some of your favorites.

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 22, 2008 In short: A glass of citrusy hop juice. Simple but highly drinkable and highly refreshing
How: Tap at BeerBistro, Toronto
The look: Clear copper body topped by a very small off-white head.
In long: Hoppy nose as expected on the citrusy side of American hops. Taste is citrusy hops wall to wall with some pine-cone juice here and there. Inexpressive malts that provide an adequate body without contributing much to the flavour spectrum. Very juicy and refreshing beer. Smooth carbonation. Sharp bitterness of medium intensity. Couldn’t resist ordering it when I was that pump handle and was rather disappointed to get it in a pint that had to be orally ingested. Teaser. kseecs16 (907), Naperville, Illinois, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Nov 23, 2007 Draught at the Beer Bistro in Toronto. LIght amber with almost no head. A slightly sweet hops aroma. Seems a bit too balanced with the hops lacking any real assertiveness and their flavor overwhelmed by the dry maltiness. As it warms some more resinous hop characteristics are noticeable. Smooth with a faint lingering bitterness. rudolf (1783), Buffalo, New York, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 28, 2006 Tap @ Volo. Golden honey body, no head. Nose is very floral w. lemon, honey, some slight spiciness. Flavor is honey toasted malt, unbalanced bitterness. Kinda meh but this sample was randallized. I’d like to try again some day.
