| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 12, 2006 A weaker version of the Red Duvel. Lighter in color, body and flavor. Head doesn’t last as long. would much rather drink the other. yngwie (4970), Kristiansand, Norway
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 27, 2006 Bottled. Lightly hazy, golden ale with a nice, dense, white head. Yeast, cellar, sweetness and malt in the aroma. Some alcohol too. The flavor is quite sweet, with alcohol and some hops. Ok body, but a bit too much on the alcohol-side. The red Duvel is better. | 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Apr 13, 2006 Bottle. Funny this. The aroma is very much like the red Duvel which is one of my favourite beers. This clear filtered version has less creaminess and body than the red. Nice citric fruit still though. Nice and juicy. Prefer the red label though. Bart (1648), Brussels, Belgium
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Mar 29, 2006 light clear yellow colour, some more clear than the ordinary Duvel. Small white head, Light malty aroma, medium to full body, some sweeter touches, light bitter, not bad, but I prefer the Red Duvel, which has more body, and finish.
