Thick translucent blonde with lasting snowy head and good lacing...huge floral-perfumy nose, lavender and light dry hops, slight farmy qualities and sugars...vanilla-maple-sweet body given depth and complexity by sourdough, light citrusy spiciness...fluffy, pillowy-soft mouthfeel that’s just slightly syrupy...quite refreshing yet full.
