Aroma is estery, fruity and floral. Flavor is nice, though on the sweet side. Lots of wild berry flavors. Finish does leave something to be desired. Alcohol barely noticeable. Overall, a nice beer.

This provides a malty aroma sometimes featuring, caramel, toasted bread and some dusty sort of funkiness, I can imagine only comes from this type of bottle and improper storage. Kind of plain and bland, with some herbal dark fruits and some light spiciness, with some toasted malt nutiness in the finish. Boring.

No date. Label says French Farmhouse Ale, no mention of a.b.v. or the word amber, but I’m pretty sure that’s what it is. Clear amber with a large, dense, off white head. Not much in the aroma - toasty, caramel malt and a touch of must. Flavor steps it up a bit adding some toffee, anise, light and dark fruits, yeast and some mild hops towards the finish. Smooth, medium body. Nice biere de garde, very drinkable.

Pour is a amber with a small white head. Aroma is a very sweet sugar with a bit of honey in there. Flavor is caramel and and malty with notes of cream. Finishes flat though and could use a more umph! Still a 750ml bottle only cost $2.99 so it is pretty good for the value.

Amber with medium nice head. Sweet and malty. Flavor is much like a Belgin ale. The alcohol is a bit on the strong side and the fruit flavors could be a little bit better.

(Bottle) Pours a lightly cloudy amber body with a moderate off-white head. Aroma of caramel malt. Flavor of toasted malt, caramel, and almonds.

Canned version. It is bitter, almost sour, and sweet at the same time. There are lots of fruit and flowers in the taste - peaches sums it up. Alcohol content of 7,5% and it probably needs that to draw out the complex flavours. It needs the fizz in the can, too, when it gets flatter towards the bottom of the glass, it loses its balance.

Nose of strong burnt sugar with some cloves and spice. Medium amber with dark head and slight lace. Flavour is sweet honey malt with slight fruit - maybe tangerine/mandarin. Finish is fresh and pleasing with a subtle bitter undercurrent. Not bad.
