Mar 23, 2004 Amber-red colour and an off-white head that fades to thin lace and lasts to the bottom. Caramel malt, flowers, and light fruit smells. Flavour of apricot, peaches, and dates. Great zesty malt background and some spiciness. Citrus hop finish.

Mar 17, 2004 Updated: May 24, 2008Rerate. may 2008. Bottle. LIght reddish amber. Thin head. Light alcohol and aromatic malt. Alcohol and creamy toffee flavour. Slitghtly farmhouse funky.
March 2004 8/3/7/4/14 Very enticing delicious aroma. Hard to place the scent, perhaps tangerines. Orange colour with a very light head. Thick body with noticable alcohol taste. Strong orange flavour.

Feb 24, 2004 Orange to amber color, with a decent white head. Aroma is somewhat sweet, musty and some hints of alcohol. Malty and smooth taste, with a nice hoppy finish. Good mouthfeel. Decent.

Feb 11, 2004 Canned. Orange-amber. Sweet and almondy. Generously malty with fairly soft mouthfeel. Somewhat funky with a mild, honeyish finish.

Jan 22, 2004 Well this may to a beer "to keep" but this one didn't keep all that well. Was starting to show signs of oxidation but was still pretty decent.
Musty, corky aroma with a fair bit of stone fruits (apricot and peach I think). Slight sourness which played very nicely with the sweet maltiness and slight bitterness. Good amber/copper colour and head retention.

Jan 15, 2004 Nice amber!!!! Smooth, fruity, malty flavour with nice hoppy bitterness, a bit too much pasteurized (stewed hops in the finish).
