May 16, 2008 Hazy deep golden with a largey finely bubbled white head leaving gentle lace. Surprisingly malty aroma, sweet, with dried grass and subtle perfume. Sweet cereal maltiness, hints of chamomille, reedy/stemmy bitterness. Certainly malt-heavy, very nice.

Aroma of skunk, toast, butter, pear, caramel and green pepper. Taste is dry with a mild or neutral fruity yeast with a element of buttered bread and light alcohol. Easy to drink.
