| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Feb 5, 2007 My Bottom Line:
Sweet peach juice and yeasty flaccidity cannot coalesce, as coriander spiciness attempts to freshen the experience. A weak Belgian Ale at this point in its evolution.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam settles atop the chunk-full pale orange.
-A vinegary nudge bothers the sugary fruitiness.
-Alcohol even appears in the flavor profile, which isn’t necessary at this gravity.
-The sweet fruitiness more and more resembles that of the syrup found at the bottom of canned peaches.
-Although this Belgian Ale is a month past its life expectancy, I would be rather surprised that it was considerably better a month or three ago.

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Apr 26, 2006 Another Jeff beer, very much a Duvel look-alike, nice and flavoursome, but not as good as the original. Savad (58), Den Bosch, Netherlands
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jan 4, 2006 Frothy, even fizzy off-white head. Good lacing. Amber color. The aroma is impressive: cookie, banana, raisin, apple, fig, a bit of pine. Very energizing. The flavor though does not stand up to the aroma. Starts just fruity, even slightly sour; finishes heavy bitter with a sharp alcoholic flavor. The texture is dry, though feels somewhat fizzy in the mouth. bask (305), Leuven, Belgium

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 27, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) Amber coloured with a considerable head. Very complex with an initial sweetness being substituted by hoppiness only to finish slightly sour. Notes of fruit, yeast and caramel - in no particular order. OK, but a bit confusing. 100398
