Aug 8, 2008 yellow pour with pillowy white head and excellent lace. Buttery toast on the nose. Caramel malts and a slightly metallic flavor. Slightly dry finish.

Aug 7, 2008 33 cL bottle. Pours almost clear yellow with a huge white head. Strange spiced and butterish aroma - terrible. Favour is dry and mild caramel yet also quite chemical. Ends strange faul fruity too. Rerate needed.

Jul 25, 2008 Yellow/amber color. Fruity, yeasty and floral aroma. Flavor is well balanced between malt sweetness (honey, fruits, sugar), hop bitterness, and spice. Bitter finish.

Jul 9, 2008 Bottle from Bottle Trek. Hazy apricot color with a decent white head. Aromas of pale stone fruit, yeast, candi and perhaps malt. Medium body with slightly fizzy carbonation. Flavor is spice, wood, pale fruit, malt, trace of funk. Finish is quite dry with herbs/wood/funk for a little extra bitter. Worth taking time to appreciate.
