| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 20, 2009 On tap @ the brewpub. Pours copper – gold with slight haze and striking bright white head. The light aroma has notes of malt sweetness, some wheat and a hint of citrus. The taste is wafer thin in body but refreshing. Very minimal wheat for a wheat beer. It starts with a bit of lemon like acidity followed by sweet malt and a modest sense of wheat. Toward the finish grapefruit hop bitterness wells up bringing the experience to closure with tepid hoppiness. ratman197 (3256), Arvada, Colorado, USA
