Flowery and pleasant. It was like Easter in my mouth. The smell and taste are both winners in my book.

750 ml bottle. This is my least favorite mead that I have tasted thus far from Earle Estates. Pours a clear pink with no head. The aroma of pear, raspberry and honey seem to be fighting each other for dominance instead of combining harmoniously. Same is true for the flavor. The sweetness of the pears and honey seem to fighting against the tartness of the raspberries. This is a case where the sum of the parts does not equal 100%.
