750ml - Pours a magnificent deep red, with plently of berry aroma. Incredibly pleasant first sip, like a slice of berry pie without the sweetness. The honey comes on at the end. Lovely, Earle Estates’ best.

Very soft and very delightful. Great on the palate, it got better with every taste and breath. The best of their meads.

750 ml bottle. Pours a deep purply red with no head. Aroma is of raspberries and honey, as is the flavor. I find this mead a bit more cloying, which I think is a result of the 8% residual sugar content.
