Aug 25, 2007 Bottle... Clear orange mead. Medicinal aroma of camphor or menthol with a hint of cherry and a splash of vanilla. Moderately pungent and medium sweet; the flavor provides a lot of honey and tempered acidity, but not a lot of cherry. Medium to full-bodied with a 2%-milk mouthfeel and a rumor of carbonation. Tart, lightly sweet finish. I rather liked the stuff, but was expecting more of a cherry kick!

Oct 8, 2009 Bottle via a trade with TheCheeseman. Pours a clear red, no head, minimal legs, Aroma of cherry, plum, orange blossom honey, caramel, rose petals, wine tannins and alcohol. Taste is sweet with some bitterness and tannins, cherry skin, menthol, and rose. Syrupy, no carbonation.

Aug 27, 2007 Courtesy hopscotch. Clear reddish-pink color. Solid body with no head or lacing. Faint traces of syrupy legs as you swirl it in the glass. Artificial cherry smells comprise the base of the nose, with bubble gum and menthol as complimentary aromas. The flavor is like watered down sour cherry cough medicine sweetened with a bit of honey. There is a distinct sweet and sour element to this mead. Medium body that feels slick in the mouth. Not horrible, but there is a definite overall artificial feeling to it.

Nov 1, 2005 Bottle. Beautiful blush color, with obviously no head. Floral aroma with cherries and honey. Flavor is sweet, but not syrupy. We sampled this at the meadery paired with some dark chocolate and WOW, what a combination. Delicious and highly recommended.

Aug 24, 2007 Courtesy hopscotch. Pours a clear light pinkish, red. Smells of bubblegum, really mild cherries, and medicine. Not ahuge fan of the aroma. The taste is sweet obviously, but it didnt really taste like much cherry. It had it a little bit, but it had that unmistakeable bubblegum taste to it. Not a bad mead, but not awesome. Needed more cherry. A little medicinal.
