Commercial Description:
This delightful honey wine has grape and apricot overtones. Pairs well with fresh fruits and desserts, or it can be dessert itself!

(750ml bottle, thanks blank) Clear Chardonnay body, still. Aroma is medium sweet, apple, light honey. Taste is sweet, honey, apple. Sticky medium-full body.

Sample from a bottle thanks to blank. Light hue of yellow and beige on a body with near-perfect clarity. Still with no head. Nose of parrafin wax, soft sugary honey and white grapes as well. Lightly peppery, fresh tasting, with no yeast qualities at all, very clean. Slick and oily on the tongue, even viscous. Up front it’s slightly coarse, slightly dry, with most flavors developing over the middle: pear rind, dry white grapes and soft, flowery honey. Some off-flavors as well, though not very strong, but they taste a little like latex. Still, it’s a great mead, perfumy and floral and clean.

Bottle: Aroma is a white wine with some honey. Pours a pale transparent yellow with obviously no head. Flavor is mostly sweet honey, grape, apple, and white wine. Very light alcohol in the finish. The more I drink the more apple I seem to notice.

750mL bottle, courtesy of blank. Thanks, Greg! Pours a nearly clear, headless appearance; like slightly viscous water. Dracula wax lips (thanks, scraff), light peppermint, and sweet floral notes in the aroma; some show of alcohol. Medium-to-full mouthfeel: very minimal carbonation; dense honey and toasty vanilla notes; light mint / peppermint presence; very tasty stuff. Medium, toasty vanilla and honey-laden finish.

Clear faint gold that was perfectly still. Soft, yet complex nose of vanilla, florals, honey, candy wax, and hints of menthol. Sweet floral and honey flavors are backed by a rock candy backbone. Light to medium bodied, dry, semi-sweet finish. Really was diggin this stuff. Thanks for sharing blank...

750mL bottle, courtesy of blank. Clear very light apple juice color body, still. The nose is apples, honey and berries. The flavor is moderately sweet with honey and apple juice. Full body is soft and still with a bit of pithy astringency coming in at the end.

Bottle. Very pale yellow color. Still mead. LIght floral and grape aroma. Definately not as assertive as the Polish meads that I have sampled. Light in flavor, again different from the Polish meads. Flavors are light, almost winelike. Sweet, not cloying. A good mead for newcomers to the style. Light bodied, slightly cloying. Very nice.
