Sep 3, 2007 Sampled at the meadery. Pours a very pale straw gold with no head. This is a still mead. A good bit drier and frankly less aromatic and less flavorful than their Contemporary Mead. This mead has the lowest percentage of residual sugar by far of all of their meads. I am very fond of this meadery, but I must confess that I was not at all impressed with this offering.

Jun 5, 2007 Crisp clean and delightful. Lightly sweet but dry enough to enjoy it. A good mead but I like them a little sweeter.

Jun 1, 2007 At the meadery. A slightly drier version of the Comtempory mead. Still fairly sweet and fruit but with a darker set of flavors
