Pours an apricot color with no head. Smell is full of honey and dried apricots with some floral notes. Taste has a very slight bitterness from the fruit, but is smooth and full of honey. Not an elite mead, by any means, but solid and drinkable.

Tasting at mcbackus 10/19. Pale gold/yellow color. Apricots and sweet wildflowers come through on the nose. Flavor has a great balance of apricots and honey. A good combo of apricot and honey. This one is really delicious.

750 ml bottle. Pours a clear pale gold with no head. Strong aroma of apricots. The honey mead is also present in the nose, but to a lesser extent. The apricot flavor is much more subtle in the flavor than the aroma. I am not an apricot lover, but I was surprised how much I liked this mead and how well apricots and mead paired.
