Dec 15, 2008 Pours an apricot color with no head. Smell is full of honey and dried apricots with some floral notes. Taste has a very slight bitterness from the fruit, but is smooth and full of honey. Not an elite mead, by any means, but solid and drinkable.

Oct 20, 2008 Tasting at mcbackus 10/19. Pale gold/yellow color. Apricots and sweet wildflowers come through on the nose. Flavor has a great balance of apricots and honey. A good combo of apricot and honey. This one is really delicious.

Sep 4, 2006 750 ml bottle. Pours a clear pale gold with no head. Strong aroma of apricots. The honey mead is also present in the nose, but to a lesser extent. The apricot flavor is much more subtle in the flavor than the aroma. I am not an apricot lover, but I was surprised how much I liked this mead and how well apricots and mead paired.
