Commercial Description:
Brewed for M.E & Suzie's in Port Stanley, Ontario. "M.E & Suzie's have our own beers brewed for the restaurant from our own recipes by the Better Bitters Brewing Co. in Bulrington. Both of our beers are brewed with three kinds of Canadian and imported malts, fresh whole leaf hops grown right here in Elgin County, water, specially selected yeast and nothing else.No presetrvatives, un-pasteurized, and naturally carbonated through a four week aging process" This beer has a little more body and a full hop flavour, is just bitter enough, and has a remarkable smooth finish. IT'S GOOD ENOUGH FOR AN EARL.

This one is exclusive to ME & suzies. Located on the main drag in Port Stanley, about a 30 minute drive east of London. This establishment focuses on local ingredients in their food and beer. This beer is a deep amber colour, with hues of orange. The head is white, mediunm sized, but firm. Cookie/bread aromas combine with fresh hoppy/bubblegum nuances, and give way to mild roasted malts/fruit. Flavours are more subdued that prefered, but are fairly hoppy, with good gum/candy flavours, some grain and yeasty/malty cookie flavours. Finishes tight, long lingering bubblegum. Good effort from this brewer!
