From a growler, courtesy of santoslhalper. Has a nice light bready sour tang to it with mild funk. Light sweet character in the nose and some mild beany hops. Almost a Riesling aroma. Light amber golden, fairly clear, with thin lacing head. Light body with light-medium carbonation. Starts dry with mild wheat notes, no real sweetness. Light lactic funk but not sour - almost a watered down acidy character. Mild bitter. Really takes on a Riesling character. Dry after. Refreshing and a great session beer. Nowhere near as sour as the traditional style.

Draft. Pours light hazy gold with a white head. The aroma is light, with wheaty and citric notes. The flavor brings a lightly tart zest, with wheat, a hint of citrus and a hint of tropical fruits. Pretty good.

Pours a hazy golden with a smaller bubbly white head. Aroma of lightly sour motes, cereal grains, yeast and some lactic tartness. Flavor of Cheerios, bready malt, citrus and very light hint of sourness.

Lightly hazy golden color with a small, white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of toast, toffee, citrus, lacto, and some green apple. Taste of citrus, toffee malts, light green apple, and a bit of tartness in the finish.
