Has a nice light bready sour tang to it with mild funk. Light sweet character in the nose and some mild beany hops. Almost a Riesling aroma. Light amber golden, fairly clear, with thin lacing head. Light body with light-medium carbonation. Starts dry with mild wheat notes, no real sweetness. Light lactic funk but not sour - almost a watered down acidy character. Mild bitter. Really takes on a Riesling character. Dry after. Refreshing and a great session beer. Nowhere near as sour as the traditional style.
