Dec 5, 2008 On tap at EB&B. Pours a lightly hazy deep amber with a smaller off white head. Aroma of caramel, grains, light floral/spicy hops and nuts. Flavor was a bit bready, cereal grains, caramel, honey, nuts and some noble hop flavor.

Nov 29, 2008 Brown color with a malty aroma of nuts and grain. Flavor is quite malty with a grainy, nutty undertone. Decent brew.

Nov 20, 2008 Draft. Pours golden amber with a white head. Malty sweet aroma with light hops. The flavor has sweet bready malt and a touch of hops in the finish. Nice.

Nov 15, 2008 Poured a lightly hazy, amber color with a small, white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of caramel malts, grass, yeast, and a noble hoppiness. Taste of caramel malts, nuts, toast, honey, and a grassy, medium dry finish.
