Appears a hazy copper with a small white head that slowly fades into a mild collar. Spotty lacing is left around the glass.
Smell is of a strange spice up front that’s remeniscent of roasted pumpkins, brown sugar, and some caramel malt.
Tste is that of the aromas with a grassy bit of hops poking through in the flavors.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied, spicy, and bitter.

Nov 29, 2008 (10/21/08) Draught at the brewpub in Philadelphia. Clear amber color with a white head. Aroma of malt, some butter, herbs and a bit of hops. Sweetish malty flavor with butterscotch and caramel and a rather bitter finish with some hops. Medium-bodied.

Nov 20, 2008 Light copper body with a small white head. Sweet pine and citrus, pear and lemon. Nice yeasty dough body and perfume hop resins radiate. Well hopped for a APA.

Oct 26, 2008 Amber color with a spicy citra-hop aroma. Flavor is mildly hoppy with a slight spiciness to it. Not bad, but why bother when theres Terra Fume!?!?!

Oct 16, 2008 Pours a bit deep copper with an ok off white head. Aroma is lemony, citrus, herbal a bit weedy and some spice- lemmon peppery. Ok flavor- nice doughy malts, some ligth crackery carapils sweetness in there with more spice, light herbal and floral hops and more lemony hiints. Moderate bitterness and a slight bit medicinal astringent. Ok overall.

Oct 16, 2008 Poured amber color with a thin, off-white head. Very little flavor came through except the not-quite-overbearing hoppiness. Tasted strongly of oregano with mild floral and grass flavors.

Oct 15, 2008 Poured orange with a sticky white head. Sweet malty aroma with fruity sweetness and background hops. The flavor is also sweeter malt with a light and dry fruit character and a slight bitter hoppy finish. Very easy drinking.
