Bottle, blind tasting. A hazy amber beer with a off-white head. The aroma is of caramel malt and hops, a bit stabel in there to. The taste is also mainly caramel malt and hops, but also a bit of alcohol. Medium body with a bitter dry, light alcoholic finish.

Oct 10, 2008 On tap at Brewpub København. Nice off-white, creamy head on top of the hazy burgundy-coloured beer. Sharp fruity and bitter aroma, hints of figs and candy sugar. Sweet, fruity fig flavours, some coffeeish bitterness as well as raisins. Full-bodied. Points also for originality.

Sep 4, 2008 Deep amber, reddish colour with a foamy tan head. Sweet fruity and light roasted aroma with a vague alcohol and chocolate sweetness and hints of yeast. Roasted malty and fruity sweet flavor with notes of caramel and hops.

Apr 23, 2008 Bottled. A murky brown beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet and very hoppy giving it strong notes of grapefruit - my guess is Cascade. The flavor is sweet and very hoppy giving it notes of grass and grapefruit as well as light notes of alcohol and elderberries, leading to a dry bitter finish.
