May 4, 2008 Bottle, blind tasting. A hazy amber beer with a off-white head. The aroma is of caramel malt and hops, a bit stabel in there to. The taste is also mainly caramel malt and hops, but also a bit of alcohol. Medium body with a bitter dry, light alcoholic finish.

Apr 23, 2008 Bottled. A murky brown beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet and very hoppy giving it strong notes of grapefruit - my guess is Cascade. The flavor is sweet and very hoppy giving it notes of grass and grapefruit as well as light notes of alcohol and elderberries, leading to a dry bitter finish.
