The nose is reminiscent of pataks chilli & lime pickle, arabic gum, candy sugar, lemon peel and vinegar- very distinct. Extremely sweet taste. Metallic, sulphury, acidic and reminiscent of a mixture between maple syrup, lemonade and and brown sugar. This beer gets cloying after a few sips. Disgusting sticky metallic finish which is reminiscent of maple syrup and iron tablets. The aroma was interesting and not unpleasant. Awful taste. Fruity aroma, not expecially interesting, winy, sweet and a little fruity. Too sweet, a lot of sugar syrup, fruit syrup (did they use any real fruit?). Sweet palate, no hop. Drinkable, as a soda, but I don’t consider that a beer. <a href=’http://home.datacomm.ch/fiulijn/index.html’& of Switzerland Bov (5495), Bienne, Switzerland
