Bottled 26cl. Courtesy of Bov. It pours a lactic murky yellow beer with a fizzy white head. The nose is reminiscent of pataks chilli & lime pickle, arabic gum, candy sugar, lemon peel and vinegar- very distinct. Extremely sweet taste. Metallic, sulphury, acidic and reminiscent of a mixture between maple syrup, lemonade and and brown sugar. This beer gets cloying after a few sips. Disgusting sticky metallic finish which is reminiscent of maple syrup and iron tablets. The aroma was interesting and not unpleasant. Awful taste. Thanks Bov!

Golden colour, poor (or not at all ) head. Fruity aroma, not expecially interesting, winy, sweet and a little fruity. Too sweet, a lot of sugar syrup, fruit syrup (did they use any real fruit?). Sweet palate, no hop. Drinkable, as a soda, but I don’t consider that a beer.

re-rate 8/13/2003 Now called Eau de Rose - cloudy orange colour, big creamy head, fruity nose (currant ?), cane sugar aroma, deadly sweet, heavy and sirupy, disgusting sugary finish - this is an awefull juice of sugar
6/17/2002: cloudy red-amber colour, no head, aroma of dark fruity, extremely sweet, slightly tart with a long sweet fruity finish - very dubious
