Pours apple juice gold. Small white head that leaves quickly. Smells sweet and grassy. Apple, corn, and bread notes. Tastes similar. Sour corn, grass and cardboard. Goes down easy but ugly otherwise. robinvboyer (1444), Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, Canada

(Best before date - 7/20/06) Let me start off by saying when it comes to Eastern Euro Pils/lager, it doesn’t matter when you drink them. I have had fresh and old in the same night, still tastes the same. As far as the beer, it pours a standard golden yellow in color with a foamy white head. The aroma is grassy, with a little zing. Tasting - The flavor is a bit grassy, with a bit of a hop bite. It’s very dry with almost nothing in the finish. Very watery, with little to no body. All-in-all, this beer was as good as can be expected. hotstuff (3183), Indiana, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Sep 29, 2007 Bottle with a Best Before date of 06.29.2007. The appearance of the head was fizzy, slightly foamy, white, and medium in size, minimal amount of lacing, transparent, visible carbonation, and the hue was gold. The nose was mildly malty and corn. The flavor was lightly sweet, mildly malty, corn and thin on taste. The mouthfeel was smooth and thin. The body was light. This beer was dull, boring and unexciting IMO and not one that I want again. thedm (3836), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Aug 5, 2007 This $0.99 bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a medium sized head of foamy fine to medium sized white colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a transparent typically carbonated light orange colored body. The aroma was malty dirty sock and skunky. The crisp semi-thick mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and at the finish. The flavor contained notes of malt and hops. Not one that I would likely buy again. mephisto (1144), Taiwan
