Aroma was metallic (odd from a bottle) and very sulphur. Very mild in taste, so nothing really overwhelming here. Below average beer but still not too bad. bb (2930), Martinez, California, USA

href=http://www.lcbo.com target=blank>LCBO in Peterborough. Light golden in colour, thin dissipating white head, thin lace. The aroma was rather floral with some corn syrup, slightly sweet, a bit grainy. The flavour is of corn, grains, some alcohol, quite sweet. Floral hop mouthfeel, light body, high carbonation. Finishes sweet, mild length. D (550), Poland
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Oct 5, 2005 Golden colour, medium head almost completely disappearing. Standard hops & malt taste, not very harsh. Decent lager, a little above Polish mass standard. frankenkitty (1903), Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Sep 22, 2005 Golden & flat with a white head that settled quickly into a scum. All I could smell was faint whiffs of rubbing alcohol and some lightly roasted grain... nothing adverse, though. Flavor was unimpressively malted to start with light herbal hops to finish. Metallic afterwards. If I didn’t have a clue what to expect, this would have been a very upsetting beer. As it stands, "je suis fatigue de la chancon."

| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | Aug 25, 2005 Had this one bottled. Typically boring pilsener, and it’s not surprising that they’re owned by Heineken. Pale yellow color, slightly bubbly, not much head, not much flavor besides white rice and creamed corn. Light aroma of apple and grape. Mild hops. European all the way. Not offensive by any means. Flavor is fruity, slightly watery finish. Decent.
