Bottle brown, 500 ml, 14.5 P
Appearance: Pours prefectly clear golden, moderate in brightness, typicall for a noble Polish strong lager body colour. Saturation is nice and the beer carbonates gently. Head is snowy white, foamy to frothy, there are nice hints of lacing, head is initially moderate and slowly decreasing to a small froth floating on the body surface.
Aroma: Very nice and inviting well brewed and ballanced European Strong Lager, soft, aromatic, herbal hoppy profile quite distinguishable as for a strong beer, very pleasant, soft, crispy, all - malt, barley background, some malty natural sweetness, very clean, no yeast, alcohol is perfectly hidden.
Flavour: Front is very clean and well ballanced between leavy, aromatic, herbal hoppyness and soft, fresh, crispy, malty background. Even though its a strong beer it is not overly too sweet but rather ballanced or even towards bitterness. No alcohol felt, only it spices up the whole taste being felt in a gentle hint when the beer is not warm. No yeast and focussed bitterness in the aftertaste.
Palate: Body is medium, texture is wattery to dry, carbonation on palate is moderate, finish feel is moderate to highly astringent, salty, accidic, gently sour. Radek Kliber (3986), Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), Ontario, Canada

Appearance: Quality pour , large creamy head with little froth , amber gold bottom and some lace on side. 3+ Nose: Light bittrness with hint of alcohol and malt. Flavor/Palate :Fuller body but it was not heavy. Clean pair of malt with slight hop bitterness. Alcohol was not hiding here but paired with rest made a stylistically classic Mocne. Fairly clean with good warmth coming out of it. omhper (12299), Stockholm, Sweden

Golden with a soapy, white head.
Light malt- and perfumearoma.
Toffe and malt in the flavour and medium bitterness. Medium body and MUCH better than Specjal Jasny Pelne. D (550), Poland

Significant bitterness, slight herbal notes typical of all beers brewed in Elblag. Quite a complex flavour for a Polish strong lager, full taste. Very enjoable on a cold, autumn evening; would rate even higher were it not for the presence of alcohol in the first sip. baltin (2), Poland does not count | 5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 10/10 | 5/5 | 10/10 | 5/5 | 20/20 | Jan 29, 2005 Like Specjal Jasny Pelny, but much stronger - that’s what the man like after hard work day!
