Commercial Description:
Vores håndbryggede Pale ale er frisk og sprød. Den egner mægtigt som forfriskende drikkeøl. Smagen er aromatisk og frisk med en appetitlig snert af bitterhed fra en ædel og lækker gammel Engelsk humlesort.

Bottle. Pours a clear pale yellow beer with an offwhite head. The aroma is weak hops (East Kent Golding). The flavor is hops. The palate is bitter. Overall a boring beer, misses depth and balance.

Bottled. Tnx to thewolf. Aroma is hoppy, bit herbal, with some caramel and spice. Clear, amber coloured beer with an off-white head. The taste is light bitter, with caramel malt, some spice and hops. Not my first choice.

Golden with a big white head. Aroma is fruity with a little orange peel, and some unfortunate old yeast. Malty and grassy, quite bitter flavour.
