douglas88 (810), Salt Lake City, Utah, USA Jul 12, 2008 On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear orange color with a tiny white head. The aroma is full of wheat and citrus. The taste is a full blast of wheat; some sweet berry and fake sugar additives, but mostly a ton of wheat. Not bad at all. Easy to drink on a hot Moab day, and there are a ton of those.
Headbanger (990), Aurora, Illinois, USA Sep 20, 2007 22oz bomber-Body was a cloudy golden yellow with a decent white head and an aroma of raspberry, wheat, and malt. Taste of the same with the raspberry being very faint almost like raspberry instead of lemon in your water. jcwattsrugger (4045), Florida and, New Jersey, USA Jun 24, 2007 on tap-pours a on tap-pours a white head and cloudy yellow color. Aroma is mild raspberry, grain, citrus. Taste is mild raspberry, grain, citrus hops. Pleasant, light body. tjthresh (1318), Greenfield, Indiana, USA Jun 12, 2006 Pours a hazy, opaque, apricot yellow with a long lasting thick white head. This tells me that they used extract. Initial aroma is of very sweey, ripe, almost candied raspberries. Later there is a touch of lemon blended in. The flavor is pretty blah. Even the berry flavor isn’t really upfront. Palate is spritzy from higher carbonation. Just okay. Nonetheless, I’d like to thank BeerandBlues2 for hooking me up with my first Utah beer. That is cool in itself. BigNasty (55), South Lyon, Michigan, USA Aug 15, 2005 Tried this before I tried the Blueberry Wheat. Have had it twice, first time the flavor was great, second time the flavor was bland. Color and head not much to look at. Like the blueberry, would like to try this fresh at the brewery instead of from an indeterminately aged bottle.
