A nice brew, I thought it was a Hefeweizen, but guess not. Don´t really know what is a spice/herb/vegetable. Any way, I really enjoyed it, it was spicy with some lemon undertones. ghawener (953), San Salvador, El Salvador

Pours a light murky colour with an average looking white head. Smells nice and spicy, bananas and peach, very appetizing smell. The taste is not very sweet at the beginning, but quickly mellows into an excellent spice, herb, fruit sweetness, lots of bananas. Very good mouthfeel, and overall a great and refreshing wheat. | 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jun 24, 2008 330 ml bottle - pours dull, slightly cloudy straw blond, lacks the "brightness" of a god hefe. Thick, sticky white head settles down after a bit. Strong fruity aroma, almost candy-like, with some medicinal notes as well, I guess from the herbs. Lemon and mint, too. Maybe a hint of nutmeg? Compelling. Very fresh smelling. Flavour similar to a hefe, but with a few more crisp, dry herbal notes. Wonderfully refreshing - perfect hot weather beer. robinvboyer (1428), Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, Canada
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 23, 2008 hazy yellow pour, with little to no head. Lots of yeast in the aroma along with lots of citrus, especially lemon. Flavour is very much all lemon to my tastes, its like a lemon lifesaver. Its interesting, not 100% unpleasant, but i’m not tasting any "alpine herbs". DerWeg (760), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jun 23, 2008 Warm from the bottle, I was thirsty! Like a fruity krystal weizen with a few twists. The spiciness of the added herbs really compliments the clvoe phenolics typical of hefe fbeers. Very well made and good tasting, and WAY better than some Belgian fruity crap. which seems to be the shits.
