The flavour is light, with some banana being the most prominent flavour, a little coriander, and a bit of herbal alpin bitter finish. A damn refreshing beer, with great drinkability. | 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Jun 15, 2008 Cloudy blond color, no head; it has anyway a persistent perlage. Aroma of banana candies and chewing-gum. It has a sweetish flavor, with very light wheat, some banana, no spices, almost no bitterness. If you hate beer, you like this. The aromas are banana and clove with lemon and malts with a minty, herbal essence that s quite interesting. That must be the alpine herbs. Tastes of lemon and other citrus fruit, sweet banana, cloves and again an interesting minty spiciness. I quite like it. The finish is creamy and lingering. pootzboy (1046), Hawgville, Ontario, Canada

Pours a decent looking clouded pale straw in the glass with a 3 finger puffy cap. Great lacing. Color and look more reminiscent of a Belgian wit
Good aroma for a commercial weissbier; banana, spices, cloves, bit of fruit bubblegum, and a mild herbal under tone....nice!
A whack of sweet malts up front that instantly is joined with fruits, spice and some fine bittering herbs that compliment and brighten the hops...finish dries out nicely with a crisp snap and a bit of puckering dryness.
Really nicely carried off for a commercial effort.Aromatic. fruity lightly sweet with a dry crispness. Very decent flavourful summer drink.

Appearance: Cloudy wheat ale with medium light ,semi dense head . 3- Nose Herbal , citric aroma, grassy with light wheat bready hints. Flavor/Palate : Character fully displayed. Ripe banana, citric side with herbal , wild root like finish. Caramel anise with mineral streak. Reminds me more of Belgian wit than classic weizen.
