Apr 29, 2009 Updated: Sep 9, 2009Bottled 33cl. Bought in Rietschi Getränke, Arlesheim. Appearance: It pours a murky pale golden beer with a tall, nicely remaining creamy white head. Beautiful lacework. Aroma: Rather strong and inviting. Banana, candy sugar, arabic gum, sherbet and lime. Flavor and palate: Huge amounts of strawberry, green tea and cinnamon showing up. Good balance. Very interesting. Reminiscent of marjoram and bubble gum. Medium bodied. Sweetish. The slallow is dominated by herbs leaving a spicy (coriander) finish. Overall impression: Extremely refreshing and pleasant. An excellent Spice/Herb/Vegetable. I’m against the grain here.

Apr 23, 2009 33cl bottle. Pours a light golden, fizzy but no head retention. Nice friuty yeast nose, with a very bright tinge. Lovely fruity flavour, subtle but not a killer beer. Would definitely have another.

Apr 19, 2009 [1987-20090205] 330mL bottle. Fresh sweet pine yeast -- it really is snowfresh! Slightly hazy, light orange brown body with a medium-lasting creamy white head. Sweet and spicy yeast flavour still has that nice fresh pine yeast. Medium body is a little spicy. Quite refreshing.

Mar 31, 2009 A hazy blonde weizen with a thick white head. A sweet banana aroma with tangerine and lemon notes. In mouth, a nice light weizen, creamy, with bananas and cloves. Medium bodied. BB 02-09. Bottle bought at LCBO.

Mar 28, 2009 330 ml bottle. Aroma has lots of herbs, some cirtus and hops. Herbs gives beer totally special aroma which separates this one from other wits. Yellow / orange coulour with very light head. Tastes like the spice clove. Interesting one.

Orange colour with almost no head.
Sweet fruity aroma with wheat, spices and hints of strange sausage aroma. Flavour is sweet with fruits, yeast, coriander and cloves. Interesting beer, more Witbier-like than many other Hefeweizens.

Mar 10, 2009 Murky orange-yellow in colour with a thin white head, light lacing. The aroma is spicy, some bananas, flowers and some citrus. The flavour is lightly spicy, some cloves, lemon citrus, moderate bitterness. Moderately bitter mouthfeel, medium body, medium/high carbonation. Finishes long, citrusy with some spice.
Not bad but is this a wit beer? Seems to thin out quite a bit at the very end.
