Quite a sweet aroma, with banana and bubblegum coming through strong, with some orange notes and a hint of yeast and herb. Incredibly smooth in body, with the banana and bubblegum flavours dominating each mouthful..An orange and citrus finish. No surprises after the aromas - a fresh and smooth weiss beer. Mildly spiced, artificial banana aroma. Taste is sourish wheaty, sharp fruity with a metallic twist. Quite thin-bodied. Dry, light acidulous finish. Sigmund (2277), Hafrsfjord, Norway

The traditional look of a white beer, with a lasting, white foamy head. Starts off with a orange-y taste, then moves to a sweet honey flavor, and then finishes off with a hint of coriander. A lovely beer all around, and one your never going to forget! KyotoLefty (1400), Kyoto, Japan

A decently made weiss, and somewhat original, but the herbs really got on my nerves. Too sweet and cloying. Overdone and unenjoyable. cfrancis (311), Gloucester, Ontario, Canada
