330 ml bottle. From Estonia (H). Orange colour with almost no head. Sweet fruity aroma with wheat, spices and hints of strange sausage aroma. Flavour is sweet with fruits, yeast, coriander and cloves. Interesting beer, more Witbier-like than many other Hefeweizens.

Spicey corriander aroma. Cloudy light orange colour with creamy white head. Big clove flavour. Very short mouthfeel.

With the fancy bottle and advertised addition of Alpine herbs, honestly, I didn’t give this much of a chance, but I was totally wrong. The beer is obviously not a Krystal Weisen due to the thick, cloudy gold appearance. Poured out a nice white foamy cap but it sizzled down to a light skim and ring with some light ropy lacing. The aroma is mainly lemony cirtus, wheat, cloves and bananas (well blalanced) but if you breathe deep you can notice a faint medicial scent. Very refreshing! Taste is really clean with no overpowering flavours. Quite wheaty overall albiet not strong. I’m losing flavour as this warms...or is it the herbs that are numbing my taste buds? Some vanilla, clove and a touch of banana linger and an obvious tart flavour. Medium light bodied, fairly creamy and highly carbonated. Dry and tart finish and a mouthfeel that does not let you forget the beer too quickly. The tartness is close to a bitter feel but doen’t quite make it there. Way more enjoyable colder as it was better and more intriguing early on. Interesting, mild and refreshing.

Pours a hazy gold with a thin fast fading head. Aroma was wheat-spice, lemon, a light minty eucalyptus-pine. Flavour was citric fruit, clove and pine. Though light enough not to be unpleasant. Nice solid Weisse with a little hook in the alpine herbs.

Bottle 0.33 l. Yellow haziness, ultrapersistent creamy head. Honey, candy, perfume, yeast nose. Candy, honey, wheat, melon, some unidentified herbs maybe. Tasty, in-your-face, candyish American style weizen.

Bottle brown, 330 ml, 12.3 P
Appearance: Pours cloudy, lemony to honey like in colour, reminding water mixed with honey and lemon juice, carbonation of the body is intensive but mild, very natural like effervescence, hed is snowy white, big, slowly decreasing to small, firm and lasting due to a very good saturation, there is quite nice lacing.
Aroma: Very fresh and lively aroma of coriander, spear mint, hints of white bread skin, unbaked dough, pastry, batter, vanilla, grains, especially whaet and gentle maltyness at the background, lime, peach, clementine, pumpkin, interesting and sophisticated cereal grains, alcohol is well hidden, very mild and pleasant with notes of whipped cream, gentle notes of powder sugar, banana and bubble gum but very natural and positive with unpasteurised accents. Clearly a good witbier.
Flavour: Front is soft and refreshing than comes some upfront sweetness, later on distinct accidity on palate, many interesting aromatic fruits, most of all peach, orange, nice tart, lemon and lime, banana and nice accents of grains especially wheat covering barley at the background, whipped cream, perfume hops, well rounded and balanced taste, white bread skin is very expressive and explicitly pronounced, gentle sweetness and stickyness from sugary - sweet accents balancing the taste, notes of dough, batter, cereal grains, bubble gum, aromatic flowery - hoppy bose.
Palate: Body is medium, texture is quite mild but with good saturation, carbonation on palate is quite lively, finish feel is mineral and very long with lingering aromatic spicy - flowery nose. It’s a good Witbier not as Spice/Herb/Vegetable as such in my opinion.

Pours a hazy pale yellow with a milky-white thin head and nice lacing. Lovely full, spicy aroma - sweet with a bit of coriander. Taste is similar, but adds cloves to the mix, as well as fruitiness - pineapple for sure. Leaves a pleasant well-balanced and blended aftertaste with plenty of spice and a light warmth to the finish. Creamy, light body, and decent carb. This is a very good session wit, and the herbs are present but balanced.

0.33 l bottle. Pours pale yellow murky body with relatively big white head. Strong aroma of banana with herbs...flavor is also quite nice, bitter but balanced with sweetness of fruits and alpine herbs. Not bad beer, but nothing special either + too fruity for my taste.
