Pours a light murky colour with an average looking white head. Smells nice and spicy, bananas and peach, very appetizing smell. The taste is not very sweet at the beginning, but quickly mellows into an excellent spice, herb, fruit sweetness, lots of bananas. Very good mouthfeel, and overall a great and refreshing wheat.

May 10, 2009 Bottle at Universitetsbaren Århus. Hazy yellow golden colour with a very nice and white head. Aroma and taste of citrus, coriander, green apples. Smooth carbonation and very very nice sweet mouthfeel. There´s some Hoegarden Wit taste and appearance. This snowfresh being way better! Thank you Austria!

Dec 19, 2008 A really nice beer on a lazy day. Pours hazy blonde, palate is very nice with hints of citrus and hop. Very enjoyable.

Jun 23, 2009 Pours a cloudy lemon-yellow, with a great thick white head that gradually reduces to a ring, with nice lacing. Nose is lemon, wheat malt, spun sugar, banana. The lemon smells candied, but in a very good way. Palate is lemon candy, bubblegum, cotton candy, and spice. Does not have the mouth-coating feel of most weisse beers, finishes crisp and clean instead. I have always had a soft spot for this beer. Glad to see it stands up now that I’ve finally rated it.

May 4, 2008 Found Edelweiss in a Prague supermarket. Very pleased with my purchase. Fine, foamy head. Diaphonous, golden color is slightly more transparent than the typical weissbier. This Edelweiss is not your typical weissbier. It is hard for me to put my finger on exactly what separates Edelweiss, except for the color. As others have said, it has a spice flavor and aroma. Lovely, smooth finish. It’s very refreshing.
