The aroma has notes of flower, wheat, spice, yeast and perfumed soap. The flavour has sweetness and notes of spice, perfumed flower and candy/soap, wheat and the finish has a decent bite of spice/yeast. I had hoped the flavour was as good as in Edelweiss Dunkel, but I was disappointed. faroeviking (6042), BjórtjóðveldiðBjórheimBjórsins, Faroe Islands

Pours hazy, pale yellow with a nice, staying, creamy, white head. Sweet wheaty aroma, light citric, banana and soft coriander. Flowery hops. Light carbonation, fine mouthfeel. Pretty sweet flavour, banana, apples and light spiciness. But still, this is immensely drinkable and fresh. Rastacouere (5553), Montréal, Quebec, Canada

Comments: A strange, yet not unpleasant wheat beer with strong spicey flavours: cinnamon? Cardamom? But overall, a bit too sweet for me to be overly enthusiastic since it fails to be refreshing enough with that sweetness.
