It is unclear golden with a white head. The aroma has notes of flower, wheat, spice, yeast and perfumed soap. The flavour has sweetness and notes of spice, perfumed flower and candy/soap, wheat and the finish has a decent bite of spice/yeast. I had hoped the flavour was as good as in Edelweiss Dunkel, but I was disappointed.

Bottle bought in Riga. Nice fresh wheaty herby bit banana aroma. Good wheaty, coriander dry flavour with herbs and fruits. Dru wheat fruity long lasting finish.

Pours hazy, pale yellow with a nice, staying, creamy, white head. Sweet wheaty aroma, light citric, banana and soft coriander. Flowery hops. Light carbonation, fine mouthfeel. Pretty sweet flavour, banana, apples and light spiciness. But still, this is immensely drinkable and fresh.

Comments: A strange, yet not unpleasant wheat beer with strong spicey flavours: cinnamon? Cardamom? But overall, a bit too sweet for me to be overly enthusiastic since it fails to be refreshing enough with that sweetness.

Bottle, bought in Mlada Boleslav, Bohemia: Pale golden, hazy, stable bleached head; moderate sweetish-fruity (lemons) and wheaty nose with a distinctive herbal (coriander) touch; light to moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, quite light bodied for a beer of 5.2% ABV; sweetish-grainy finish with a light lemony acidity in the aftertaste. Not unpleasant, a quite well polished Weizen.....

A hazy blonde weizen with a thick white head. A sweet banana aroma with tangerine and lemon notes. In mouth, a nice light weizen, creamy, with bananas and cloves. Medium bodied. BB 02-09. Bottle bought at LCBO.
