| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Aug 20, 2007 Lemon, lime, lychee and banana fruitiness combine with a floral character and soft doughy wheat in the sweet aroma. Hazy golden body is topped by a decent white head that recedes slowly to cover. Flavour is extremely herbal and floral with strong banana, lemon and wheat to support it. Light body with very crisp, strong carbonation. Cold, I found this a bit quiet in its expression but allowed to warm a little the flavours shine. Stem glass. Cellar temperature. Bottle (Brewery Creek, Jul-07). Skinnyviking (4170), Copenhagen, Denmark

Cloudy orangeish yellow, smallish fizzy white diminishing head. Bananas, yeast, spice and floral hops in the aroma. Taste has less fruit, more spice and a lot of candy sweetness, sweet herbal bitter finish. Watery, sharply carbonated body - very crisp, solid, but not sock-knocking-off. Appearance: Cloudy wheat ale with medium light ,semi dense head . 3- Nose Herbal , citric aroma, grassy with light wheat bready hints. Flavor/Palate : Character fully displayed. Ripe banana, citric side with herbal , wild root like finish. Caramel anise with mineral streak. Reminds me more of Belgian wit than classic weizen.

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 2, 2007 Bottle. Lightly hazy, pastel yellow colour with a small white head. Yeasty, tart citrus notes (lemon and orange) in the aroma. Light flavour, with similar characteristics to the aroma with moderate citrus and yeast notes. Average to thin palate seems fitting. A pleasant wheat beer but it is largely unremarkable. 7-7+/3/7/3/14-15
