Twist off cap
Cloudy yellow color with yeast sediment, big fluffy white head. Banana estery scent, also clove, some solvents and phenoles. Banana, estery, clove taste. Medium mouthfeel, low bitterness.

Mar 9, 2008 (Bottle) Purchased at Spinnakers Wine Merchant for $2.65. Pours a cloudy orange-amber body with a thin, creamy white head. Banana nose with hints of mild bubblegum. Somewhat sweet flavour with a decent spiced finish. Above average.

Light hazy orange, quickly dissipating head. Sweet citrus and corriander aroma, some banana too. However, it’s a bit lemonady. Taste is fairly typical yeasty wheat beer taste - with a bit more zing and citrus, and slightly thin and with sharp carbonation - more lemonady. Probably pretty OK as a summer time quencher, but when you’re thirsty everything tastes better.

Sep 21, 2008 bottle, Hypernova Ceské Budejovice. Hazy deep golden colour with an orange glow. Large white head. Aroma of Nivea hand creme. Full-bodied, quite spicy again with the flavour of a certain cosmetic product. Not in a negative sense, though, this is quite nice actually. Sweet and spicy with some herbal flavours and a creamy texture. Extremely unusual, but rather nice.

Aug 11, 2007 Bottle (12oz) shared with GregClow, jerc & tupalev -- courtesy of GregClow. Pours a hazy pale yellow-gold with an average size diminishing white head. Aroma of yeast, banana, citrus, wheat and some sweetness. Flavour starts spicy and a little sweet followed by fruit and yeast. Average bodied. Didn’t knock my socks off but it’s good enough.

May 23, 2007 Bottled(330ml). -Pours a hazy orange/yellow colour with small white head and bubblegum lemony banana nose. Strong banana and wheat taste with notes of alpine herbs, spices and yeast. Very fruity and refreshing.
