Sep 21, 2009 330ml bottle. Chilled down too far at Tromsø Ølfestival 09. Cloudy, orange body with a decent white head. Semi-sweet aroma of spiced fruits. Predominant flavour of banana split with notes of wheaty malts and citric hints, but still too sweet. Medium bodied. Some freshness to it (shared with Finn and Marcus, 20.08.2009).

Jun 28, 2008 Aroma is wheat, spice and a hint of banana, hazy yellow, small firm white head, lots of carbonation. Tastes of wheat, a trace of banana, spice is subtle. Light bodied, balanced, very easy drinking, refreshing. Great little beer, very cool bottle.

May 15, 2007 Hazy light orange-yellow, creamy towering head with excellent retention. Big aromas of bubblegum, banana, coriander and wheat. Flavourful palate of same, semi-sweet, delicately spicy, almost a tart finish. Maybe it was my mood, but I loved this, especially for spring!

Apr 19, 2009 [1987-20090205] 330mL bottle. Fresh sweet pine yeast -- it really is snowfresh! Slightly hazy, light orange brown body with a medium-lasting creamy white head. Sweet and spicy yeast flavour still has that nice fresh pine yeast. Medium body is a little spicy. Quite refreshing.

Aug 12, 2007 Bottle shared with GregClow, Jerc, and Blankboy, Greg’s bottle. Hazy yellow, small white head. Nice aroma - lots of lemon and yeast. Great taste - refreshing lemon, lots of yeast and zest. Soft, floral, well carbonated. Simple but very well done and very enjoyable.

Aug 11, 2007 Bottle via trade with piscator34 - shared with jerc, blankboy and tupalev. Thanks to jerc for finding the listing for this one! Slightly hazy light gold with a wispy head. Aroma is quite herbal/medicinal, really interesting, with notes of yeast, citrus and banana. Standard weiss flavour profile enhanced by those mysterious "alpine herbs". I quite liked this one.

Jul 13, 2007 Bottle courtesy of Piscator34: Poured an hazy yellow/white color weizen with a huge pure white foamy head with great retention and great lacing. Aroma of banana ester if dominating with some subtle sourness. Taste is also dominated by banana ester as well as lots of wheat and finished with some subtle sourness which is too bad because everything was perfect and pointing to a magnificent weizen. It is too bad that the style doesn’t travel well because I am sure that this stuff is great when fresh. The spices aspect of it is interesting but that weizen part of this really dominate.
