Vary pale and hazy dull yellow colour. Minimal head. Aroma is citrus and herbal. Lots of cloying sweetness with herbal notes. Nice yeast and banana flavour. Its like a wit with an extra spice or two.

Bottle-Cloudy yellow pour with a frothy but short lived white cap, leaving a little lace. The aromas are banana and clove with lemon and malts with a minty, herbal essence that s quite interesting. That must be the alpine herbs. Tastes of lemon and other citrus fruit, sweet banana, cloves and again an interesting minty spiciness. I quite like it. The finish is creamy and lingering.

The distribution of this confounds me. Is it available only in Canada and Croatia so far ?
Hazy ochre colour. Small white head that went away fast. A strong and very pleasant aroma of bananas, cloves and some other spice rounded up by some lacticity. The taste is also surprisingly pleasant. A truly lovely citric (almost lime) and herbal taste rounded up by a inobtrusive wheaty lacticity and yeastiness. Quite refreshing. Almost an Austrian take on the Belgian Wit style. A very pleasant surprise. Despite the gimmickey appearence of the bottle (and the twist off cap), this is one fine weissbier.

Bouteille de 330 ml, acheté le 14/7/08 au LCBO de Summerhill (Toronto). Jaune blachie pale, petit collet. Arome très parfumé d’herbe doux, blé savonneux. Goût de de blé légé avec une touche d’agrume, un peu de mente qui reste dans la bouche. Tres intéressant!

Bottle. I like the appearance of this bottle (with the alpine mountains on it). Cloudy yellow color with a big white head. Aroma is wheaty, fruity, citrusy, and I never smelled "Alpine herbs" before, but I think I smell them now. A pretty sweet wheaty flavor, a bit herbal, with very light acidity maybe, with fruitiness, some banana, some lemon and some spices. Light to medium bodied. A good weissbier with a nice little twist.

Flaske 0,33l på Tromsø Ølfestival 20 Aug 09. Vanvittig pris: Kr. 95,-. Flere andre middelmådigheter på småflasker til samme vanvittige pris. Good grief! Lys gylden på farge. Et pent hvitt skum. Rik aroma av citrus og litt gjær. Sterk fruktig smak av banan og eple - men blir etterhvert veldig søt. Kunstig preg. Uklart.

was actually nice and refreshing, hazy yellow color, nice white foam, yeasty nose kinda orange , flavor profile follows suite, with the yeasty cirus , kinda thin but would go down like water on a hot summer day

Draught at Wachi. A decently made weiss, and somewhat original, but the herbs really got on my nerves. Too sweet and cloying. Overdone and unenjoyable.
