App.: Cloudy golden, small white foam.
Aroma: A really nice, inviting floral, perfumed sweetness, hard to say what the herbs are, but maybe lavender?, sort of fruity (white grapes and tropical fruits), a bit of yeast, apricot and light berries, a touch of mandarin orange.
Palate: Medium body and fairly full effervescence with some sharp bubbles.
Flav.: Plenty of the perfumed, floral notes, lots of nice apricot and berry fruits, light yeast, slightly grassy, some wheat, a bit of honey; dry with no bitterness and lingering flower petals with some sweet orange notes.
A nice treat. Unique and enjoyable. pootzboy (1048), Hawgville, Ontario, Canada

Pours a decent looking clouded pale straw in the glass with a 3 finger puffy cap. Great lacing. Color and look more reminiscent of a Belgian wit
Good aroma for a commercial weissbier; banana, spices, cloves, bit of fruit bubblegum, and a mild herbal under tone....nice!
A whack of sweet malts up front that instantly is joined with fruits, spice and some fine bittering herbs that compliment and brighten the hops...finish dries out nicely with a crisp snap and a bit of puckering dryness.
Really nicely carried off for a commercial effort.Aromatic. fruity lightly sweet with a dry crispness. Very decent flavourful summer drink.

| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Oct 22, 2008 Poured hazy blonde appearance with a nice foamy white head. Freaky, interesting aroma of spices, herbs, some honey. Feeling like a trip in the Alps, perfume of the meadows on the hillside. The flavor is similar with some unique taste of herbs (sage?), honey and cinnamon, some flavor of banana and citruses. Absolutely exciting character with unusual tastes. Nice character, fine body, refreshing one Capa (989), Yokosuka, Japan
