The traditional look of a white beer, with a lasting, white foamy head. Starts off with a orange-y taste, then moves to a sweet honey flavor, and then finishes off with a hint of coriander. A lovely beer all around, and one your never going to forget! MatKool (64), Canada

A flowery smelling beer that pours a slighty cloundy golden color annd short head. Distinct floral and herb palate without the soapiness. A nice smooth finish that suprisingly left no bitter aftertaste. Definitely worth the 3.50/bottle I paid for it. Leighton (265), New York, New York, USA

Diaphonous, golden color is slightly more transparent than the typical weissbier. This Edelweiss is not your typical weissbier. It is hard for me to put my finger on exactly what separates Edelweiss, except for the color. As others have said, it has a spice flavor and aroma. Lovely, smooth finish. It’s very refreshing. jimmay (203), Waterloo, Ontario, Canada

Aroma very floral with notes of pine and spruce, a hint of cloves, and a subtlest soupçon of camphor. Wheat and banana dominate in the taste, apricot and cloves come through in the aftertaste, cantaloupe and allspice in the creamy finish.

Strong citrus scent. A bit lemoney and spicey. A really nice taste. A bit more tart and flavourful then most Wit’s I have had. Wish I could get this here more often.
